How to get rid of old version of 1Password

I've recently migrated 1Password 3 to my new mac with all it's contents. I downloaded the current version (5) and now I have both old and new version running. How do I safely uninstall the Old version without loosing my data for the current version?

    Hi @JamesPark,

    I hope you're loving the new version of 1Password! The best way to get rid of 1Password 3 is to simply drag the app from the /Applications folder and into the Trash.

    Please do not use any app cleaner programs, as they can get a bit over-zealous. Deleting the app in this way will not harm any of your data. It also has the added benefit of keeping around the backups that 1Password 3 has made for you. These might come in handy, while 1Password 5 works to build up its own database of backups.
