Anchor icon of 1Password mini looks out-of-place on dark theme

This is a known bug, we'll get that fixed soon. We have to manually adjust each piece of the interface to fit the dark mode look, there are some areas we've missed such as the one you reported.

Also, I have 2 monitors, and when I click on 1Password mini icon near the clock on one monitor, on the other one, the icon becomes light blue.

That's a limitation of the menu bar APIs, it happens to Droplr and a few other apps. There are a few ways to use the menu bar and not all apps do it the same way. Which is why it doesn't affect all apps, just a few.

We're working on a plan to switch to a different method but I don't have a timeframe on this as it is a big change.
