created new chrome identity and 1password won't log in.

I type in my password and it just says "login in 1...login 2...login 2...etc.

    I'm a little unsure as to what you're experiencing - sorry. When you say Chrome identity I assume you mean profile in your Chrome browser? If you do a new profile should be irrelevant to 1Password as long as you have the extension installed. Now are you saying that you can't unlock your vault or that you're saying you can but the vault isn't populated with all of your passwords?

    If you can supply a little more detail we will do everything we can to get you sorted.
