Have license but getting "trial expired" message

I purchased a license two years ago, and suddenly I'm getting a message that says "Trial expired. Click here to buy." When I go to the app and try to reenter my license, I see that it wants me to upload a file. There is no option to type my license number. I tried having Agile Bits resend me my license, but they only send the license number, no file, so I can't use that, either. What am I supposed to do?

    Hi @holly,

    Please have a read-through the notice posted at the top of the forum: Trial Expired notice in 1Password 5 for Mac?. I searched our back office records using the email address attached to your forum account, and I was able to locate a license for version 3, but nothing more recent than that. I'd be happy to search a few alternative names/email addresses if you're certain that you purchased an upgrade from version 3 to version 4. (You can send the alternate names/email addresses via private message as you likely won't want to post them here.)
