Not able to login on iOS

I had configured touch id to work with 1password on my iPhone 6+. It was working well till I think the latest update(?). Today when I opened it, it did not ask for my touchid. Instead it asked for my master password. And when I put in my master password, it says authentication failed.

The same master password works fine on my Mac. The phone is connected to WiFi and hence has network access. What could be the issue?

    Just wanted to add that I have restarted my phone and the issue still persists. For some reason the iOS app does not accept my master password.

    Have you changed the master password recently? If so, try the old master password on the phone and see if that works.
