Can't get my iPhone to sync via dropbox

1P version 5.1.2
iPhone 6 with IOS 8.1.2
My previous iPhone 5 synced fine with DropBox
I just noticed some discrepancies between the iPhone 6 and a MacBook Pro
According 1P sync settings the phone has not synced for 11 weeks. I have had the iPhone 6 about that long.
The "sync now" function does not help
Can you help me out?

    Try re-setting Dropbox sync as described in this post.

    @romigr, you can also try simply disabling Dropbox sync on your iPhone, then re-enabling it to see if that makes a difference. If not, the steps from the link in Stephen's message may well do the trick. Please let us know how it all goes and if you have questions about it. Thanks!
