Problem opening attachments

Hello,
I have had difficulty viewing files and did not understand why some were seen in their program and others not.
It seems that the problem does not work correctly when the file name contains spaces or symbols as type accents "à". When the name contains spaces or accents does not open directly the correct application "adobe, viewer, etc" but that the choice screen application to open the document appears, but the options do not appear correct application.
I think it should correct the problem that has given me many headaches.
