Dropbox Syncing problem: vaults don't match

I realized today that 1Password on both my iPhone 5 and iPad Air have not been syncing with Dropbox. When I attempted to remedy that I got a Vault Mismatch warning saying that the data is different between the device and the Dropbox copy. It recommends that I not merge the vaults but it doesn't suggest what I should do. I expect that the Dropbox copy is the more accurate since I modify it more often on my iMac than on my devices but some information could be more current on the device. I have been reluctant to tap Merge Anyway because I don't know what it will do with the conflicting data. Any advice?

If you do not have one set of data that is the 'master' and completely up to date, then your only option would be to make a backup of each device's 1Password data ( https://guides.agilebits.com/1password-ios/5/en/topic/itunes-backups ) and then proceed with the merge.
