Scrolling problem when editing on iPhone 6

Today (28th Jan 15) I noticed I can't edit my secure notes in 1Password due to a scrolling problem. When I select 'Edit' half the screen is taken up with new items ("Add new one-time password", "Add new section", "tags..."). The notes themselves appear in the bottom portion of the screen, and I am unable to scroll through the notes - swipe up or down just results in the current view 'bouncing' but not moving.
Occasionally the erroneous sections in the top half of the screen disappear, showing the full size window for my notes, but I still can't scroll to the section I want to amend, nor edit the section I want to. The notes window either rapidly scrolls to the top or bottom and them stops me from scrolling back down/up.

Is this a bug in a recent release?

Any help appreciated.

    Hi @rickbav

    This is what I was able to find on this issue for you:

    If you try to scroll by touching along the left side of the screen, you'll find it will scroll as you are dragging, still within the item, but outside the note area. We are aware of this issue and are working on a fix.
