After an update to 5.2 this morning my auto fill items, which worked yesterday, will no longer work. I press the "key" icon and up slides the screen with the 1Password graphic and at the top it says "No Matching Items To Fill" Is this a new bug?

Can you please explain exactly how you are tying to log in. I've just tried with one of my logins, touched the login URL and it launched the 1P browser and logged me in. I'm not sure what you mean when you mention the "key" icon. Are you logging in through Safari?

    Hi @h2oflyer‌

I'm sorry that you're having trouble with 1Password. As Stephen_C suggests, we'll need a bit more detail here. If you can provide the precise steps that you took, including what you expect to happen, and what actually happens, we'll have a better idea of where things are getting tangled up. Some details that will be helpful are:

    • Are you attempting to fill in 1Browser or using the 1Password app extension in mobile Safari?
    • Which iOS device are you using?
    • Are there any particular Logins that are misbehaving, or is 1Password showing no Logins for any site you visit?

The more information you can provide, the more quickly we'll be able to sort this out.

I've attached two photos. IMG_1718.PNG is the sign-in page to Microsoft's live.com. This is loaded in the 1Password browser in iOS. The other photo IMG_1719.PNG is the resulting window when I press the "key" icon (look down at the bottom for the icon that resembles a key). Before today's update I would press the "key" icon and the window would slide up and present all (4) of the live.com logins I have available. After the update is acts like there are no logins available for live.com. See photos.

Thanks. So, that answers the first question: you are using 1Browser. It doesn't answer the other two questions though:

Which iOS device are you using?
Are there any particular Logins that are misbehaving, or is 1Password showing no Logins for any site you visit?

In addition: What shows up for the website field on the login you are wanting to fill?

I've tried both 1Browser and Mobile Safari; both act the same. I'm using an iPhone 6 plus. It seems all of them are misbehaving. I updated my 1Password for Mac and it seems to have changed as well. Prior to the update it worked fine.

The website field is http://mail.live.com. When I go to the bing.com website and select "Sign In" I'm presented with the page shown in the first screenshot that I attached previously. Before, when I pressed the mysterious "key" icon a new screen would slide up from the bottom and was populated with all of the http://mail.live.com logins that I have. There were always four of them, which is how many different live.com logins that I have in my vault...and from that list I would select the live.com account I wanted and it would autofill and submit, easy! Now I get the blank screen that appears in the second screenshot that I attached previously. Perhaps there is a setting that I'm missing, but I can assure you that I know what the behavior was prior to the update and now that behavior seems to have changed.

    Hi @h2oflyer,

looking at your screenshot I can see that you are trying to log in to the url https://login.live.com/ but your login item only has a URL for http://mail.live.com. We match the URLs to decide which logins can be filled on that website and you don't seem to have a login (at least according to the URLs in the item).

The easiest way to fix this is to add the URL https://login.live.com/ to your login as well. After that it should show up just fine for filling.

    Hi @h2oflyer

We're making the way this is handled more consistent across all of the platforms we support. The more specific matching route is the one that was decided on for this consistency.

    Thanks.
