I'm afraid you'll have to explain the problem in a little more detail. 1P does not need an Internet connection for anything (except downloading rich icons if you choose to use them—and of course for logging on to sites you've saved in 1P). Your master password never leaves your device.

Please explain exactly what you're trying to do and what error message you receive when you try to do it. Please also confirm your 1P version number (go to 1P > Settings and look towards the bottom of the screen for it).

If I'm connected to my wifi I can login into 1password app with my master password OK,
however if I diconnent my iPad from the wifi and try to log into 1password app, it fails, thus that make
Me think it is sending my master password over the Internet!

    Hi @usamike,

as @Stephen_C already mentioned 1Password doesn't need an Internet connection for you being able to use it. The only thing we use the Internet for is getting rich icons, sending crash reports if you allow that, syncing and using 1Browser.

I just tried to reproduce your issue and unfortunately I cannot.

Could you please tell me which iOS version you have installed on your iPad?
