Extension not getting information from app

Is this bug reproducible?
Sometimes

Which devices did this bug appear on and is it reproducible on any devices?
iPhone 5s

A quick summary of the bug:
Extension displays an alert saying It failed to receive information from the app.

Detailed Step-by-step instruction on how to reproduce it:

  1. Open Safari
  2. Enable 1Password beta extension
  3. Go to a website to login to (This was tested on the Gmail login page)
  4. Tap the Bookmarks icon in the toolbar
  5. Tap Done
  6. Tap the tabs icon in the toolbar
  7. Tap the current tab
  8. Tap the action button
  9. Tap the 1Password beta extension button
  10. Should get error alert.

    I hope you don't mind, I've edited your post to make it a numbered list instead of all of them on one line.

    I did what you listed and I couldn't get it to happen on my iPhone 5S. Just in case, can you reboot your iPhone and see if it still happens?

    Seems to be fixed now, Cant get it to happen anymore.

    @MikeT I've got the same issue as above on an iPhone 6 w/ IOS 8.1.3 as well as an iPad AIr running IOS 8.1.3. I've rebooted all devices & purchased the mac license to see if that might help, no changes on the IOS devices. Same error stating that extension is not getting information from the app. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Did you open the main 1Password app first after the reboot?

    This error basically means the main app didn't populate the iOS keychain with the right credentials for the extension to use. If the keychain doesn't have data and you open the extension first, you get this error.
