in 1Password 3 – 7 for Mac

Hi, my husband has a Family License. I cannot find where I activate this on my Mac, when I go to licences it takes me to my Documents Folder.
Please help.

    Hi @macchick,

    Can I ask, what version of 1Password are you running? It almost sounds like you're being asked to supply a licence file which 1Password 4 and newer use. You've posted in the 1Password 3 forum though so I just want to confirm before accidentally giving you bad advice. Just to ensure you're aware, 1Password 3 use a licence key, a sequence of letters and numbers and these two licence formats are incompatible. If you have a licence key but you're being requested for a licence file then we'd look to see if you'd ever purchased 1Password 4 or 5 as it was a paid upgrade over 1Password 3.
