Upgrading from 3 to 5

I purchased a licence for 5. I had no problem upgrading my laptop and everything works fine. I ran into some issues upgrading my desktop and now when it tries to open 5 it won't accept my master password. I have deleted both 1password 3 and 5 from my desktop, re installed 5 and it still won't accept my master password.
I am stuck!

Hi @Just Macintosh,
Does this relate to your other thread, 1Password 3 Corrupted Keychain or is it a complete separate issue?
What will also be useful to know is, were the laptop and desktop syncing prior to this and should they have the same vault?
