Problem signing in with master password into Firefox browser

in Saving and Filling in Browsers

I enter the correct password, then message saying connecting appears, and there is an ongoing counting number in the box. Has anyone had this issue, if so how do you resolve it?

    Thanks for taking the time to report this issue.

    It sounds like you are using an old version of the 1Password browser extension. Is there any reason you're not using the latest version? The newest version requires 1Password 4 or newer of the main application, so perhaps you are using 1Password 3 still?
