install on windows arm?

It might be too much to ask seeing as surface rt/surface 2 seem to be a dead branch for windows, but is there any reason the app would not work on current ARM windows tablets? I get a message "Sorry this app can't be installed because your PC might not meet some of the requirements. Go to the app's description page to check for any requirements listed under Details", and windows store shows only x86/64 processors supported.
