    What version of 1P are you running and exactly what are you doing when you get that error message?

    Hi hhefcare,

    Is that the entirety of the error message? If it is I can see why you would be confused - I can't see how anybody can work with that. Once we know the answers to Stephen_C's answers we may very well request a diagnostic report in the hopes that it's slightly more enlightening than the error message.
