Application Fails Upon Start Up

I have a couple hundred passwords stored but cannot access them, as Password1 will not open, displaying an error message instead. This message editor will not allow me to attach a .txt file showing the error message.

What kind of file can I attach to show the error message? and...
How do I fix the problem? Explicit instructions please.

    I'm so sorry to hear that you're having trouble with 1Password. I'll do what I can to get you sorted out just as soon as possible, but I will need a bit more detail about the error before we can get it fixed.

    I don't need the entire text file of the error message, but you should be able to quote the plain text in your reply here. If it's easier, you're welcome to do it via screenshot. To include it in your reply, simply click the document button in the top of the comment field, and select the file you wish to share:
