Do changes made on another device sync into the Apple Watch data? [Resolved: Yes]

I cannot try this because I do not yet have a Apple watch until June.
If I create a secure note on my iPhone, then put it on my Apple watch, can I then edit the note on my iPad or MacBook and will it automatically update on the watch?
I Sync via iCloud.

    Hi @furzul,

    Yep, it should work just fine. The iPhone app will periodically do a background check for sync, and once that is done, the edits will appear on the Apple Watch app. If you need the edits on the Apple Watch sooner, manually launch the iPhone app and let it sync.

    Basically, once any changes are synced into the iPhone app, the items on the Apple Watch app will be up-to-date.
