Extension for Chrome does not work

in 1Password 3 – 7 for Mac

Hi, my Macbook broke, so I changed it to a new one. I installed 1password version 3.2.2 witch works fine. Just the browser extension for chrome I installed (3.9.21.90) does not. When I want to login it says "connecting" and starts to count. What can I do?

    Hi @aviophobia,

    Can I suggest rebooting your Mac please. I've found the 1Password 3 extension is quirky these days as we haven't updated it for a while. I've fought with that screen for ages and found a reboot cured it.

    Can I also confirm that you really mean you've installed 1Password 3.2.2? That's old even for 1Password 3 and that's before we even mention versions 4 and 5 of 1Password for Mac.

    Let us know if the reboot sorts you out :smile:
