Hi, when going to https://www.checkmytrip.com and clicking "forgot passord", there is a form where I have to fill my email, and the new password.
When I do it, 2 dialog are opened by 1Password to save this new login

Extension Version: 4.3.1.90
OS Version: Windows 8.1
Sync Type: Dropbox

    @kpouer: Hmm, very odd! I tested this myself with the same OS, 1Password, and extension versions you have, but since it isn't clear which browser you're using I tried Firefox, Chrome, and Internet Explorer. (Un)fortunately, I'm only seeing a single popup for the save dialog.

    Are you seeing this on other sites as well? If not, you could save your login and then choose 'Never again' if it keeps popping up. Since it's just that one form, I'm hesitant to suggest anything more severe, but you could certainly try reinstalling 1Password and the extension to see if it was just damaged.
