Pressing Back arrow doesn't work? [Resolved: Reinstall 1Password for Apple Watch]

  1. Open 1 Password on Watch
  2. I click a login item or whatever
  3. Login item goes "grey"
  4. Only way to see the login info is to hit the "crown" button to quit, then re-open the 1Password app
  5. I press "back" arrow - Does nothing
  6. Press "crown"
  7. Re-open app
  8. Then I se my list again...
  9. Why doesn't the back arrow ever work?

    Hi @FTW,

    That sounds like some kind of bug. I haven't heard of this situation before, nor have I seen it on my own Apple Watch.

    Using the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, try removing the 1Password for Apple Watch app from your Apple Watch, then re-install it to the Apple Watch. That should hopefully shake out whatever is causing this gray screen.
