Cannot log in to 1password on Mac (but ok on iOS)

Hi, I have a bizarre problem where 1password on Mac is not accepting my password (on both my iMac and Macbook Pro). I can however login and use the same vault via iOS. I am running 1password 5.3 Mac App Store version.

It is behaving as though the password is incorrect but it is definitely correct.

    Hi @jordanm,

    Can I just confirm a couple of things please before we proceed.

    1. Does your iOS device contain a full and up-to-date vault?
    2. When you say you can login to the same vault on your iOS device do you mean using your Master Password or are you referring to access via a PIN or Touch ID?
    3. Do you happen to remember the last time you added or altered an item to your vault?
    4. Can you access your vault via 1PasswordAnywhere ?

    There are a couple of possibilities to try. Your Macs will have backups that we can potentially use and if you do have full access to your vault on your iOS device and it is up-to-date then another option is to start over on your Macs and have the iOS device help repopulate the Macs. If need it may mean creating a new .agilekeychain. All of that is possible though if your iOS vault is definitely not missing anything.

    One way or another we should be able to get you back on track.
