1PW not saving passwords in application

Hi- having difficulties saving passwords in 1PW application-
very frustrating- have followed your directions & spent several hours trying to get this to work-

Would really appreciate some phone support- Thanks

    Thanks for including your version information in your original post, that gives us a much better place to start.

    I'm assuming that by 'your directions', you're talking about our Saving a Login article in the User Guide, but if you've been following something different, please let me know!

    Could you tell me a bit more about where in this process things get tangled up? It would be extremely helpful if you could describe the steps that you are taking, including what you expect to happen, and what actually happens. I'd also love to know which URLs you've been testing on, so that we can do our own testing here.
