How to get a License as part of Parallels bundle

About 6 months ago, I bought 1Password as part of Parallels bundle. Now, I finally want to use 1Password. But the link they gave me to register for 1Password is obsolete now. Who can I talk to at 1Password to get a valid license? I have receipts of my Parallels bundle with 1Password, just don't know how to show to. Thanks for your help.
