Use system font choice?

It would be nice if 1P would recognize that I'm using the Bold system font choice and have it apply to 1P lists (Categories, Credit Cards etc.). The individual screen for each item is fine, the fonts used there are a bit larger and seem bolder. But the thin type in the lists is painful!
