1Password does not support MS Edge, Auto-Type will not work either [Edge will have ext support]

It would be good if we could add a delay to the typing of the username and password, right now it is blasting it as fast as possible, which is resulting in the first characters of the username "matthew" becomes "tthew" and password "123secret" becomes "3secret".

I've read elsewhere that this can be worked around by sending ctrl+a first, but that's not really a fix, as it can break other places that password may want to be auto-typed. If we could just have some configuration for the auto-type feature we could probably fix this ourselves. Or maybe just have it not blast the characters as quick as it can, even just a few ms delay would probably fix the issue. I suspect Windows 10's propensity for transitions and fades is the issue.

    Hi @allcaps,

This is a known issue with Edge (and many other Windows Store apps) and the only workaround we can give you is to enable sending Control +A but even that doesn't work on all sites.

At this moment, 1Password does not support Edge in any configurations. Windows 10 does have Internet Explorer 11 included and we do work in that version but for now, there will be no support until Microsoft releases an update to Edge to support extensions later this year.
