No solution with answers encryptionkeys.js missing in dropbox. How to solve this problem easy?

I translated the answers and used them to get problem solved, but it did not work. Is there no "automatic solver". (then there is no language problem too!)

    Hi @Ommekeer. Sorry to hear that you're having trouble syncing at the moment. I'll be happy to help resolve the missing encryptionKeys.js error. :)

    First off, are you syncing with any other devices? If so, what device(s) are you syncing with and what version of 1Password do you have installed there?

    Also, can you confirm that you're syncing using Dropbox?
