Do we share the passwords between the family members? I mean, I don't want to have all the passwords my wife set for all her sites and all..

You only share what you want to. You and your wife can have entirely separate data. Or, if you set up multiple vaults and sync via Dropbox, you can share some data, but not all.

Indeed! hawkmoth has it right, but I also wanted to add some thoughts based on my own experience. For example, [my wife and I share the app purchase from the Mac App Store between the two of us using Apple'sFamily Sharing. We each have our own primary vault, which is unique to each of us. Then we have a secondary vault (among others) that we share between the two of us using Dropbox, for things we both need access to.
