HI folks - the PW on my Mac version of iPassword is no longer recognized but ok on iPad and iPhone!

All of a sudden, I can't get into 1Password on my MacBook Pro using the same old password that is working just fine on my iPad Mini 2 and my iPhone 5s. Help! Thanks! Jane Hawkes

@JaneHawkes we really need some basic information before we can help you. Please tell us:
- What version of 1P for Mac you are using (the link will tell you how to find that information)
- Your OS X version number (the version number at the end of your post really doesn't look right)
- What version of 1Password for iOS you are using (the link will tell you how to find that information)
- Your iOS version number
- Whether you have recently changed your master password and, if so, on what device you changed it

On top of all the questions Stephen_C asked, I would be interested in the answers to two more.
- Do you believe there is anything stored only in the copy of 1Password on your Mac i.e. items that aren't present on your iOS devices.
- If you perform a Spotlight search on your Mac for the text
1Passworddoes it by any chance show you both an application titled 1Password and one titled 1Password 5 at all?
