  • it is a misery. I safe many passwords ... My english ist not so good ...
    i can not start it any more. so i am not sure about the version. i updated the mac not long ago.

Is there a way to safe the passwords and so on.
ReInstall does not work

    We are going to need some more details - sorry.

    1. What version of OS X are you running?
    2. What version of 1Password are you running? Even a rough idea, is it 1Password 3, 4 or 5? If you're really unsure posting a copy of the applications icon would go some way to help us identify the version if you cannot open it.

    Even if for some reason the application will not open your vault should be safe. Any damage to the application is independent of the vault as we store that elsewhere.
