Can I see how many macs are using my license?
I probably will sell my macbook to buy a new one,
if there is any way for me to prevent my old macbook using my 1password license?

    You can use your licence on all the Macs you own.

    Of course when you sell your old Mac you should (both for your own protection and to conform with licence agreements) erase your hard drive and reinstall the OS.

    As Danco says, your license for 1Password for Mac allows you to install 1Password on as many Macs as you can afford to own. ;)
