when i type in password for wifi sync on my android phone i click sync and nothing happens

when i am trying to sync 1password to my cell from my mac i get to the part with the wifi sync. I am provided the secret password from my computer and enter it into my phone and hit sync. Then it appears as if nothing is happening. The sync button turns into a continue. I am stuck at this screen.

Sorry to hear you're unable to configure Wi-Fi sync on your device. Does 1Password report an error while it tries to connect to your Mac? Could you tell me what it says on the screen while the spinner rotates? Thanks.
