Transfer license?

So I've got two gmail addresses that I've registered. I have purchased the premium 1password features with my secondary account which I rarely ever use these days. Is there anyway for anyone at 1password to transfer the license from my rarely used account to my primary? I've grown tired of logging in to the secondary account just to restore my premium features.

    We are not able to transfer the purchase of the premium features from one Google account to another. You will need to contact Google Play's support team to verify whether they are able to make the transfer for you.

    Thanks. I'll go that route, but doubt Google will assist.
