  • Hey @Offline! To figure out what's going on, could you please create a Diagnostics Report from your Mac?

Attach the Diagnostics Report to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.

Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.

Once you send the email, post back here with the BitBot confirmation number you receive a few minutes after sending. That will help us connect the dots. :)

I decided to wipe the drive and reinstall everything. The migration assistant doesn't work properly according to Apple second-level support.

    Hi @Offline,

Sounds like you may have had some other trouble on your Mac as well! Hopefully 1Password is working correctly for you now, but if you're still having a problem with that, please let us know and we'll be happy to help. :)

Nothing like wiping a disk and reinstalling EVERYTHING to help you clear out junk from 2008 upgrades that somehow managed to migrate upwards.

Phew! I'm just glad things are working well now. Don't hesitate to get back in touch if anything else comes up, though.

Have a wonderful rest of your week and a lovely holiday!

Thanks, @Khad. Doing a wipe and reinstall brings memories of solving Windows issues.

    I don't see a beta discussion group - what's going on with v6?

I've been a member of the beta group for years -- my error here, I didn't look at the right level.

    Best,
    Mark
