I followed these instructions to upgrade to 1Password 5 but now it's saying I need a license

I had purchased a 1Password license years ago in the early stages of the software. I recently followed the instructions to upgrade to 1Password 5, but now it is telling me that my trial expired, and I need to buy a license. Because I deleted the old 1Password app, I can no longer find the 1Password license number that I had before. Is there a way to find and use the old license number that I purchased?
