in iOS

My iPad Pro is not syncing with my MacBook Pro, but it is syncing with my iPhone 6S Plus. They are bot setup identically the same. Why is it not syncing.
The MacBook Pro Version is El Capitan 10.11.2
The iPhone 6S Plus version is 6.1.2
The iPad Pro version is 6.1.2

    @iNLC in order to help you we really need to know what sync method you're using.

    Hi @iNLC,

    In addition to what method of sync you are using, the exact version of 1Password you are running will likely be a factor too.

    I suspect you are using or wanting to use iCloud Sync but that you're running the AgileBits Store version of 1Password for Mac. If these assumptions are correct then our page, iCloud FAQs (starting with iOS 8 and OS X Yosemite) would help explain why you cannot use iCloud Sync in the AgileBits Store version of 1Password for Mac. Of course we won't know for sure if this is the case until we hear back from you.
