How to allow guests to log in to sites without being able to see the passwords?

We have a freelancer we want to give access to some sensitive accounts but we don't want them to see or know the password.

I saw on your Introducing 1Password for teams blog post it said "even allow teammates to log in to sites without being able to see the passwords."

How do you go about doing that?

    This can be achieved by turning off the "Reveal Passwords" permission in the vault and using 1Password browser extensions on Mac and iOS to fill the passwords.

    Please note that there is no magic and this is not a bullet-proof feature by any means. Once the password is filled into a web form there are several ways to extract it. A determined and tech-savvy user could find a way to do this.
