I bought 1Password in the Apple Store (5.4). Can I upgrade to 1Password 6.0?
And: Is 6.0 compatible with the current iOS versions?

1Password Version: 5.4

OS Version: OSX 10.11.2

@Christian31 yes, and yes. However, note that the Mac App Store version of 1P6 is currently awaiting Apple's approval so you may have to be patient for a few more days yet. :)

First, I purchased the MacApp Store version of 1Password (v5.4) because I wanted my vaults synced
    between devices via iCloud.

    So, 2 questions:
    1. Will upgrading via MacApp Store to v6 require a full purchase price?
    2. Now that the direct Agilebits version supports iCloud sync, can I upgrade
to v6 using the Agilebits version at an upgrade pricing or am I stuck paying
full price? If I can migrate at an upgrade price, how is that accomplished?

@woodmeister - The upgrade from version 5 to version 6 is free. If you switched to the AgileBits store version now, it still would be free, but there isn't any reason to do that. Version 6 will appear as a free update to in in the Mac App Store as soon as Apple finishes their normal review.

    Hi @woodmeister50,

I hope that Hawkmoth's answer has helped. He's right. The update to 1Password 6 is free for 1Password 4 and 1Password 5 owners, no matter where you originally purchased 1Password. The Mac App Store version of 1Password is currently in review and we'll release it just as soon as it is approved.

    We appreciate your patience! :)
