Unable to complete recovery for a team member

Options

One of our team members has lost access to their emergency kit and can't get into their account. I started the recovery process for them, and reached the point where it told him an admin needs to complete the recovery process. I clicked "Complete Recovery" for his account, and received an error popup:

Error
Failed to complete recovery.
Failed to find keyset "(omitted)"

I'm doing this from Chromium 47.0.2526.106 through the 1Password for Teams web interface.

    Although I got that error message, the team member reports that he got an approval email from 1Password and he can now log in again.

    Thanks for the report. I'm not sure right off what happened, but could you contact us at support@1password.com with your team's domain, your email address, and the email address of the account you recovered? Including a link to this forum thread would be great too.

    I'll see if I can find anything in the logs that will help us track this down. Thanks again!
