Unable to add Team to my app

I've got us signed up for team but now I am unable to add the team to my app. It says incorrect credentials no matter what I do.

Please help. This is very frustrating. I found a post that say to enter just the subdomain portion of our 1password domain but that didn't work. I tried full domain & https:// included. No luck. I am the same user who set up the team and am using the key and the password that I've stored "offline" for team. No luck.

    Hey @mtitania! Sorry for the trouble. Have you tried scanning the QR code with the app? You can find the code by clicking your team name in the web interface, then clicking Get the Apps. If that doesn't work, what platform are you trying to add the account to?
