why won't my icloud email address work within teams?

I originally signed up for 1pass for Teams with a non-icloud email. When I try to change my email to my icloud email I get an error message and I'm disallowed from the change. What's up with this?

  • Hey @Scott Weatherhogge! Sorry about that. It's a known issue, and something we're looking into. In the meantime, if you simply must change your email address, you can do so by inviting your new email address as a different member, then giving yourself all the permissions you had before, moving over your data, and deleting the old user. I would recommend waiting until we have this feature if you don't mind, though. :)
