I tried to pay - but your system failed obviously the transfer of the charge

I'm testing your Programme 1password since round about 3 weeks. Your System announced the end of the testing-phase til 24th of February.
My Intention to buy your combi-offer (Windows/Mac) failed obviously at the last step of the purchase-process for two times.

Now I have no idea how to manage the Problem.
