Favorites list move-up fails about half way up.

I added an item to favorites list and it went to the bottom. Repeated move ups fail after it is about halfway up. There is no drag and drop to move the item to the top.

    Hi @justanotherokie,

    That usually means there's something wrong with that item in the middle of the list where you tried to move above.
