WebEx Login Page, 1PW not filling screenName element

Used to work 2 versions ago, currently running Version 6.1 (610005)

Login page HTML elements:
< input type="text" name="screenName" class="form-control form-length-l big" id="mc-input-screenname" maxlength="64" value="" autocomplete="off" >

1PW creates a "screenName" Web Form element as expected, but it never fills in the value. There is an e-mail field that is consistently filled on the page and tied to the same login.

Have tried deleting and re-creating login. Created login from browser. Created login manually and filled in form values. No change in behavior. 1PW works consistently and as expected for all other web-sites.

As noted, this worked consistently since purchase with 1PW5 and after until 2 releases ago.

OS Version: OSX 10.10 & 10.11

    @scott_altman Sorry for the trouble you're having. Could you let us know the URL of the page where you're having this issue?

    I also see you're using Chrome and Safari. Does this happen in both browsers?
