I cannot remember my secret number on iPad

    Hi @blumb,

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. Do you know your Master Password, but have forgotten the PIN? Or have you forgotten the Master Password as well?

    If the former, restarting your device and then entering the Master Password in 1Password should allow you to access the 1Password > Settings > Security menu where you can set a new PIN.

    If the latter, unfortunately you'll likely need to start over. There is no way to decrypt your 1Password vault without the Master Password. Please see this guide:
