    Hi, @jgoddards1. I'm sorry for the trouble you're having. Could you let us know what version of the 1Password extension you're using? It looks like you mentioned 6.3 beta but the latest release is 4.5.5. You can find the version number in your Safari's preferences. Choose Safari > Preferences from the menu bar and then click over to the Extensions tab and select 1Password to see the version number.

    Second, could you let us know how you're opening your Logins? Is it from the main 1Password app, searching in the extension, or manually navigating to the login page? Is this happening with every Login or just a few? If it's just a few, could you let us know the URLs so we can take a closer look?
