Secure Note not saved

I was writing a secure note on my iPhone yesterday and got distracted. My phone went to sleep after 3 min. I tapped and reopened without having to re-enter passwords and finished the note and switched to another app.
I went to retrieve the note today and while the note "Secure Note" was there (among others), it was blank. None of my work was saved.
iPhone 6s + and latest version of the app as of this post.
I have not tried to recreate this event.

    Hi @cineron,

    Thanks for taking the time to write in! If you don't tap on "Done" when you've finished editing an item then any changes you've made will be discarded.
