Chrome plugin takes forever to open after entering password

I am using the Chrome extension 4.5.5.90. This is only happening on my iMac using El Capitan. I click on the small (i) button, I enter my password, and the beach ball starts spinning. Seems like I'm waiting forever before it opens up with the list of items. Should I remove the extension and re-add it? I do not have this problem on my laptop running Mavericks (same version of the extension). Please advise.

    Hi @ajahn,

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having some issues with the browser extension. The bug you're experiencing was recently dealt with. Could you please go ahead and completely remove the extension and then add it again? Please let us know if this works out for you or if we should look any deeper into it! :chuffed:
