Created a family account and imported my old vault data (using export to unencrypted 1pf).

Now my personal vault on (username).1password.com/vaults shows 15 items and the personal vault on my mac shows 231 items.

Is there any way to force a sync?

    Hi @wortiz,

Thanks for taking the time to contact us. I'm sorry that you are having some trouble.

Can you confirm that the vault with 231 items is your Personal vault for your family account? Or could that be your Primary vault (which is local to your Mac)?

I should also mention that we never recommend exporting to an unencrypted 1PIF file if you are simply trying to move items from one vault to another. To move items from one vault to another, follow the steps in the "import data into your new account" section here:

    https://support.1password.com/teams-families-migrate/mac.html#import-data-into-your-new-account

If you're still having trouble, I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your Mac:

    Sending Diagnostics Reports (Mac)

Attach the Diagnostics Report(s) to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.

Please do not post your Diagnostics Report(s) in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report(s) in our inbox.

You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report(s) and ensure that this issue is dealt with quickly. :)

Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!
